'Check out this basic chest workout with free weights for all those who are either starting gym in 2019 or have a gym that\'s not as fully equipped. The tip for this video is to focus more on the UPPER chest as naturally we tend to have a solid chest foundation from sports, teenage years doing push ups before being allowed in gyms, etc lol so start off the workout with some compound upper chest movements.
